Laruso music video Plain Paper Napkins
Laruso are a five-piece alternative rock/metal band based in Sheffield. They released their first full-length release – A Classic Case of Cause And Effect in May 2009 and have so far given three individual singles being ‘1998’, ‘Plain Paper Napkins’ and “End Of Level boss”. Influences include a great diversity of acts such as Deftones, Faith No More, Taking Back Sunday, Meshuggah and Alice In Chains. Laruso’s resulting sound is like no other. Their debut album was produced by guitarist Carl Bown, who has also produced the new Fightstar album Be Human at his own Treehouse Studios in Chesterfield. Laruso have also toured with Fightstar through May ‘09.
