1. - Targets are an Exeter based Indie/Rock quartet. After three years of playing shows under the moniker of ‘Pictures’ and ‘The Ghost Revolution’ the young group have truly developed their live performances that take them across the UK. Band members; 2. - Targets is a Dutch rockband. Formed in january 2007, they began writing their own songs. In their first year they played local clubs and some bigger events like: Indian Summer Festival, De Melkweg and Paradiso. 2008 saw them performing at the Indian Summer Festival again. There are plans to release a single in September. 2010 saw the departure of bassist Jerry Ploeg, a replacement was found in Arjen Delmeer. A new demo was recorded during the summer. In 2012 Targets began recording material for their first full lenght album, the release is scheduled somewhere in 2013. 3. - Targets are a London-based collective so far involving : Steve Poulacheris (Widows, Form), Jon Golds (caesar romero/The Naked Goat) , Greta Pistaceci (Earth Creature/Modersohn-Becker), Andy Williams, Ben Golomstock (Miranda Sex Garden) and an elusive and mysterious man called Philip. They play very noisy and distorted guitars accompanied by loud, primitive, repetitive drumming and mostly wordless, rhythmical and primal vocals. Despite their seemingly aggressive sound, their aim is healing, rather than confrontation. 4. - Targets were a German punk band in the 80s founded by members of Slime and The Buttocks. They released two 7inch EPs (Menschenjagd, Schneller lauter härter) and one LP (Massenhysterie).
